Council committee to discuss unspecified 'change in regulations' at 10 a.m. Monday

The Finance, Ordinance and Policy Committee of the Midway City Council will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at City Hall to discuss a "change in regulations," says the notice from the city, with no elaboration.
